Mr. SONG Ding, director of China Development Institute (CDI) Tourism and Real Estate Industry Research Centre, provides in-depth interpretation of "GHM Greater Bay Area: New Economic Situation and Opportunity for Development of Industrial Real Estates" and detailed analysis of "2 major core appeals and 8 major key planning points" under the Greater Bay Area plan outline, pointing out 12 great opportunities to be grabbed urgently for industrial real estate development in face of the new economic situation.
Mr. WANG Feng, director at Shenzhen Real Estate Research Center, presented detailed analysis of "Real Estate Market: Situation Analysis and Policy Orientation". He points out that major cities should take combined short-term and long-term measures in the future for property market control, and continue implementation of the thoughts of supply-side reform to address radical issues in the real estate market, so that houses are supplied through diverse channels and more space, thus to ease the conflict between housing supply and demand.
Mr. HUANG Yikun, Director of Investment Counselling at GoFiner, gave full analysis of "Innovation on Operating Model for Existing Properties in the New Situation".
