Contents of service: The project is about urban renewal. According to the need of decision-making of the customer, GoFiner used proprietary and co-developed models to analyze the options of "upgrade of industrial land", "developing of brownfield land into affordable housing" and "developing of brownfield land into commercial housing". On this basis, rental and sales models are used for segment analysis. Profit sharing proportions were also analyzed under the premises of co-development. Finally, optimized solution was recommended in the light of policy, investment costs, fund withdrawal speed, ROR and condition of the enterprise.
