Overview: Situated in area in the jurisdiction of the Dalang Neighborhood Office, Longhua, the project site wraps the Xikeng Reservoir, adjacent to Yongle Road to the east, Dalang Road North to the south and Huangmapu community to the west. The Xikeng Reservoir covers an area of 4,792,300㎡, including 3,410,900㎡ in the Dalang section. Compensation needs to be paid for land plot of 762,500㎡, involving 150 buildings with floor area of 158,800㎡.
