The project completed signing of contract with all the 510 households (involving buildings of approx. 240,000 m2) in 38 days, making a wonder in the history of relocation in Shenzhen.
Overview: The site covers an area of approximately 132,200m2, involving 323 buildings with floor area of 233,800m2 in all. The project owner plans to invest ￥46.5b to build an industrial building of more than 600,000 m2 in floor area. Total investment of ￥46.5b is planned for Huaxing Photoelectricity 11th generation line project, making it the biggest budget industrial project since formation of the Shenzhen City. Under plan, industrial building of more than 600,000 m2 in floor area will be built. After completion, it will be the world's biggest single electronic industrial building.
