Contents of the project: Tianqi Lithium Corp planned to pledge its equity in core subsidiary for loan application. According to the scope and traits of business of the subsidiary concerned, we prepared pointed appraisal plan, carried out appraisal according to the procedure, and provided asset appraisal report, providing value reference for the company to apply for loan.
